Sonic the Wallpaper - Blue

There is actually a long tale behind this wallpaper, and here it is:

In 2009, I liked to do little sketches in my homework diary. Every week for the first term, I drew pictures of each of the Sonic characters seen here (Week 1. Tails, Week 2. Amy etc)...explaining the unusual choice of Cream the Rabbit and Cheese among classic characters I guess . For the final week of the term, I decided to do a group picture with all 5 characters, and this image came into my head fully formed. However, when I put it down on the page, I quickly released that there wasn't enough room on the small blank space on the diary page to draw it as I imagined it. I drew it anyway, but decided that I should re-do it on a computer.

My first attempt to redraw it was in Flash. The result was basically a blobby mess, despite featuring the best picture of Sonic I had drawn yet (at the time).

My second attempt was in Powerpoint, and is basically what you see here, but with a few differences (most note-ably, Sonic, Tails and Cheese's model's were completely different and a lot cruder, along)

In 2010, I fixed the Powerpoint image up, making it look as it does now. I've been meaning to upload it since then, but kept forgetting.

Finally, here it is! Yay!
